Trace Affex's PCW systems are ideal for desktop or short run applications. The PCW 2100 and 4100 CD-R systems are PC-driven CD duplication 100-disc autoloader systems; equipped with either two (the 2100 model) or four (the 4100 model) high-speed CD-R/RW writers. The PCW 2200 and 4200 systems are also PC-driven and configured with DVD-R drives using Trace Affex's Window's compatible POWERWRITE™ Software or with PoINT Publisher V5 software. With the fastest disc cycle time available, these autoloaders are unsurpassed in the industry for speed and reliability.

Software Driven Automation

If a small but growing application, consider the network expandable POWERWRITER PCW with POWERWRITE Software or PoINT Software.

This heavy duty, desktop autoloader includes built-in intelligence to minimize customer intervention and ensure long term reliability. The autoloader detects when CDs have been loaded or unloaded, then automatically recalibrates the systems logic. The patented CD picker and loading mechanisms are designed to grip the CDs by the hub, ensuring a positive grip while avoiding damage to the CDs surface. The attractive Plexiglass doors and front mounted LED's permit easy visual confirmation of system status.

POWERWRITER PCW and the power of POWERWRITE Software

The PCW 2100 and 4100 systems can be supplied with POWERWRITE Software designed specifically for CD duplication and with many features not available anywhere else. POWERWRITE Software is compatible with Microsoft Windows '98, NT and 2000 operating systems. As volume demands grow, as many as three additional POWERWRITER PCW's can be networked to the original PC providing added CD duplication capacity without having to add additional PC capacity. With four PCW's networked to a single PC the user has the flexibility to run a single duplication job across four systems, or run different jobs on each PCW.

POWERWRITE Software is a simple and intuitive software package, with most functions controlled by the simple click of the PCs mouse. Network connectivity allows users to "drag and drop" files from anywhere on their network, and even build and master ISO-9660, audio and video images. Automatic Global File retrieval automatically searches your entire network and displays all previously stored global images for easy retrieval thus avoiding frustrating and tedious searches to find previously mastered images. During operation the user can view job and drive status, job scheduling, priority queue and history log information real time. The history log maintains a complete listing of all system activities with a date and time stamp. Users can also select any combination of test, record or verify modes depending on their job requirements. POWERWRITE Software is the only CD duplication package to provide audit verification allowing users to select a reduced disc sample plan for CD verification thus avoiding having to verify every CD. This feature ensures outgoing CD quality without seriously impacting throughput. Disc Explorer is a superb CD analytical tool allowing users to view the contents and structure of a disc. Routine maintenance and troubleshooting is made easy with menu driven tools that supports drive analysis and alignment.
